By using TrueCSSApp at truecssapp.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

TrueCSSApp is a free, browser-based CSS gradient generator. We provide it as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times or that output will be suitable for any particular purpose.

3. Your use of the tool

You may use TrueCSSApp to generate CSS gradients for any personal or commercial project. You retain all rights to the output you generate. There is nothing in the tool's output that is proprietary to TrueCSSApp — CSS gradient code is not copyrightable.

You may not:

• Use the tool in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the site's content or structure
• Use automated tools to generate bulk requests to the site

4. Intellectual property

The TrueCSSApp name, logo, design, and underlying source code are owned by TrueCSSApp. The CSS output generated by the tool belongs to you.

5. Advertising

TrueCSSApp displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad display is subject to your cookie consent choices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCSSApp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the output it generates. Use the generated code at your own risk.

7. Third-party services

TrueCSSApp uses Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which TrueCSSApp operates.
